TERMS: All invoices are payable net 30 days F.O.B. Colorado Springs, CO.  Minimum order
is $5.00.  Checks, money orders, or VISA/MasterCard accepted.  All orders for individuals must be prepaid. School or institutional orders must include either a purchase order number or the signature
of the principal or purchasing agent.  Please do not send confirming purchase orders.  Prices subject to change without notice.

COLORADO SALES TAX: Colorado non-profit organizations must indicate their tax exempt number on their order. Colorado non-exempt residents or institutions, including teachers or students purchasing with their personal funds, must add the 3% sales tax to the invoice total.

SHIPPING:  Shipping and handling charges will be included on all invoices.  Orders will
be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground.  Street address is required.  Charges are as follows:

PLAYKIT ROYALTIES ARE INCLUDED:  Royalties are included in the price of the
playkits for an unlimited series of performances or readings at one location for a period of
one year from the date of your first performance.  There is no performance limitation for
any material used in the classroom for instructive purposes only.  All radio, television and
videotape rights are reserved.  Special royalty arrangements for multiple location
performances can be arranged.  Preview Copies are available for $2.50 each (minimum order $5.00).  Preview
copies are for approval purposes only: performance rights and/or production rights are not
included. No refunds or returns on preview copies.
